AllMyTax.com will use its best endeavours to organise any due refund of income tax for people who have worked in any of the countries advertised on www.allmytax.com
AllMyTax.com has a minimum fee for each tax refund application. These are outlined in our Fees section.
AllMyTax.com will endeavour to organise the refund of the maximum amount possible based on the information and documentation provided by its customers and in line with the legal entitlements and obligations of the customer within the tax law of the country from which the tax refund is being reclaimed.
AllMyTax.com will provide the refund as expediently as possible, subject to the provision of the necessary documents by the customers and the efficient processing of the refund application by the relevant tax office.
AllMyTax.com is not responsible for the refund of tax where
- the customer has provided information which is false, inaccurate, incorrect, insufficient or misleading in any way;
- the customer has already received a refund;
- the customer has already applied for a refund, either directly or through another person, natural or legal;
- the customer owes money to the tax authority.
- the tax authority has different information on its system than that provided by the customer
- the tax authority information leads to a decision that the customer is not due a refund.
Any estimate provided by AllMyTax.com is an estimation only. It should be used solely for the purpose that it is intended. Final amounts due to the customer will depend upon the information and data on actual documents submitted, the information made available and the decision of the Tax Office.
It is possible that by engaging with the tax authorities that the customer will in fact have a tax liability rather then a refund. In these cases, the minimal fee will still apply for the work carried out by AllMyTax.com
When the customer signs a power of attorney permitting AllMyTax.com to organise their refunds, they are agreeing to pay the fee to AllMyTax.com for the organisation of the refund.
AllMyTax.com and its associated companies reserve the right to refuse business or cease any engagement with any client without explanation.
If the relevant Tax Office sends the refund to the customer directly, the customer is liable to forward the fee to AllMyTax.com within 30 days of receipt of the funds. AllMyTax.com reserves the right to take legal action to pursue the customer for the fee due and report the customer as a bad debtor to the relevant financial institutions in their country of residence. AllMyTax.com may also sell this debt to a debt collection company in the country of residence of the customer.
AllMyTax.com will send all correspondance to the email and postal addresses provided. It is the customer's responsibility to monitor these mail boxes and inform us of any changes to their contact information.
AllMyTax.com will send the refund to the customer as agreed per communication with the customer. The usual method is by bank transfer. Associated bank charges for transfers or cheques are not the responsibility of AllMyTax.com and will incur an additional cost to the customer.
Some refund entitlements of the customer are not issued by the Tax Authorities in the form of a cheque. You may receive benefits in other forms in which case the total financial benefit to the customer arising from the work of AllMyTax.com will be used as the basis for the fee due.
Unless requested to do otherwise by the customer AllMyTax.com will advise current and past customers of all new refunds that they may be entitled to as and when information becomes available from the respective tax authorities and any new services offered by AllMyTax.com and associated companies.
AllMyTax.com may amend or add to these Terms and Conditions should the need arise. Such changes will be posted on the web-site terms and conditions and customers are advised to check it regularly to receive these updates.
The submission of a registration to AllMyTax.com, by web, post, hand, fax, phone or email, constitutes agreement to these Terms & Conditions.

Should the customer at any time like to query the quality of service delivered, he/she is invited to email us, we will guarantee that the email will be replied to within 48 hours.
